In early 2025, Exera, through its subsidiary PLUGH2, and the manufacturer Cospowers have entered into a strategic alliance, under which Exera becomes the official representative of Cospowers for the Spanish market in the supply of battery energy storage systems (BESS).

Cospowers, one of the leading manufacturers of BESS solutions in China, is strengthening its international expansion by relying on Exera to bring its cutting-edge technological solutions to the Spanish market. This agreement includes, in addition to sales representative, the provision of Technical Support services during the warranty period and Operation and Maintenance throughout the entire lifetime of Cospowers equipment, thus guaranteeing maximum efficiency and reliability of the equipment and an immediate response to the end customer throughout the installation, commissioning, and operation of the projects.

The collaboration between the two companies will allow them to offer the Spanish market completely innovative and high-quality robust energy storage solutions, thereby supporting the achievement of decarbonization and energy transition goals.

This agreement represents a decisive step in Exera's growth strategy in the energy storage sector, supported by its experience managing thermal storage systems at solar thermal power plants and the application of proprietary technological tools that optimize operation and maintenance and preserve the integrity of generating assets.
